An inversion table is an alternative to pain relief medication people usually take to address back pains and even joint pains. The table itself is a simple device that borrows some very simple principles of gravity. The person using the table should be able to secure himself to the table through straps and padded bars. The table can then be inverted allowing the body to be suspended from the feet. This can loosen up joints and muscles that have been contributing to the pains experienced by an individual. The table is in itself an efficient and well thought-of wellness device that efficiently rids the need for medication of all too common body pains.

The inversion table might not be too space-friendly. This is the table’s number one weakness. You need ample space for it to be used effectively and safely. This space requirement however is well justified as the table can have you well supported while you are inverted in the air. Unlike inversion boots that can hang you up in the air with no support at all, the table gives you a sense of security if you are not too comfortable from hanging.

The table does not only address back pains, it also addresses bad posture and even muscle tension. It can also improve blood circulation as it also effectively inverts the normal “operation” of the circulatory system. It aids in assisting the flow direction that is not commonly assisted and also makes it harder for the normal flow to be implemented just the same. This is translated as a very useful therapy.

There just some caution to people who have a heart condition to take the inversion process slowly. This is of course after you have consulted your doctor to be in such therapy. Same caution is also given to people with glaucoma and other related eye diseases.
